Why Does My Dell Laptop Charger Not Work. This issue can be fixed by replacement of the old battery from the new one. My laptop recently stopped working without the power adapter plugged in.
When I turn on my laptop windows 7 HP 64bit the laptop does not recognize that the new battery is inserted even though the new battery is inserted. IF the power plug or battery is not working then take it to the Dell Service Center. When I put it in the laptop nothing happened however after a couple of minutes it started to charge so I put it to sleep and when the battery light turned green.
